This Company may provide the personal information of our customers to a third party within the following scope in order to carry out our operations smoothly and provide better services to our customers. However, the personal data provided will be limited to the minimum information necessary to perform the required operations.

    This Company shall take the appropriate and necessary measures for the purpose of preventing the leakage, loss, damage, and other security control of the customer’s personal information.

  • Supervision of Employees

8. Requests Regarding Personal Information in Our Possession

  • When a customer or a representative thereof requests notification of the purpose of use of their personal information in our possession, we shall provide said notification without delay except in the following circumstances.
    (a) When the purpose of use of the personal information in our possession is already clear to the customer themselves.
    (b) When said notification risks damaging the life, health, property, or other rights and interests of the customer or their representative.
    (c) When said notification risks damaging the rights or legitimate interests of This Company.
    (d) When a government agency or local government organization requires the cooperation of This Company for the execution of a legally mandated task, and said notification may impede the execution of that task.
  • When a customer or a representative thereof requests disclosure of their personal information in our possession, we shall provide said disclosure without delay except in the following circumstances.
    (a) When said disclosure risks damaging the life, health, property, or other rights and interests of the customer or their representative.
    (b) When said disclosure risks significant damage to the proper conduct of the business of This Company.
    (c) When said disclosure would violate relevant laws and regulations.
  • When a customer or a representative thereof requests correction, addition, or deletion of their personal information in our possession, we shall review the request without delay and handle it appropriately in accordance with the results of that review.
  • When a customer or a representative thereof requests the cessation of use of their personal information in our possession, said request will be handled appropriately when a valid reason for the request is determined.

10. Revision of This Privacy Policy

This Company shall review the content of this Privacy Policy in a timely manner and enact changes when necessary. When said changes are enacted, the changed Privacy Policy shall come into effect from the date of the publication thereof.
