「Farm to Table」と大分の地産地消を堪能するモニターツアー(Trial Tour)

FARM DRIVENをコンセプトにTashi Gyamtsoが手掛けるオーベルジュ「ENOWA YUFUIN」を起点に、「大分県最古の酒蔵」、「日本ワインコンクールで度々受賞するワイナリー」、「由布院のチーズ工房によるチーズデモンストレーション」を体験。豊かな大分の食、そして食に関わる人々との交流を通して地産地消を体感していただく、1泊2日のモニターツアーの募集しております。

“Discover Oita’s Farm-to-Table and Locally Sourced Journey”

Experience Oita’s rich food culture with a 1-night, 2-day monitor tour based at ENOWA YUFUIN, a “farm-driven” auberge by Tashi Gyamtso. Explore Oita’s oldest sake brewery, a renowned winery with multiple Japan Wine Competition awards, and enjoy a cheese demonstration by a Yufuin cheesemaker. Immerse yourself in local production and connect with the people behind Oita’s cuisine.

14:00 ENOWA YUFUIN到着【希望者は由布院駅まで送迎あり(※予約時にお知らせください。)】
14:30頃 Farm体験(タシシェフやファームスタッフと交流、野菜収穫、摘んだハーブでお茶を。)
16:30頃 ENOWA YUFUIN チェックイン、休憩
18:00頃 夕食(タシシェフの料理、縣屋酒造の焼酎、安心院葡萄酒工房のワインとのペアリング)

2日目

7:00 – 8:50 朝食、チェックアウト
9:00 – 11:30 安心院へ移動、「縣屋酒造」「安心院葡萄酒工房」見学
12:30頃 ランチパーティ(由布院チーズ工房職人によるチーズデモンストレーション、食の生産者との交流)
14:00 ツアー終了
